If you have made it this far, then that means that you have been accepted into training as one of the Shadows. Don't count your blessings yet, as there is still quite a lot that you have to prove yourself worthy of.
Leading through the door that was behind the table upon which laid the piece of parchment where you wrote down your name to sign up, is another room. Led to it you find yourself in utter darkness, not a single hint of light to show you the way, save for four torches along the room. Noticing its circular shape, you catch sight of the walls again, this time the traces of red more noticeable, obviously blood now, splattered upon the floor as well. Even the slightest, faintest hint of screaming can also be heard, something that might be a little trick of Lloth herself, who watches with interest always on the training of her future 'Shadow' members, even if they can never see her. If you lean in a bit more you can even see the markings of scratching, and even pieces of nails that broke off while the person was....perhaps 'led' away? There is as much air as there is light, and as the stuffiness starts to get to you, reaching into your bones, you should think twice before loosing your control. This will be your first test, a very easy one: how long can you stay in a room where death was seen so violently?
Here you'll wait for your trainer, which will step inside and introduce you to the ways of the 'Shadows' as soon as he/she (yes, even women will be trainers--as long as they prove themselves worthy)--deems it necessary.
