Name:Elenhini
Age: Maybe if he gets to know you better he'll reveal that.
Gender: Male
Height: 6' when stood erect though he rarely stands to his full height.
Eye color: They shift from green to blue to a deep purple back to green
Hair color: Black though with bits of silver, the most notable being two streaks one either side of his head.
Skin tone: light tan
Scars or distinguishing features: He has a noticeable scar running from his forehead straight down across his right eye and down that cheek slightly.
Race: Hyandae en'luhta
Kingdom:Pilin en'templa
Personality: Often misperceived to be a loner, Elenhiri tends to keep himself at the fringe of social circles taking enjoyment out of the fact that those around him are happy. Having spent a great deal of his life in quiet thought and contemplation on what is, was or could be he found that solitude seemed to beckon him even when he was surrounded by others. None the less he does enjoy pretty much the same things as most, that is once he's comfortable that those he is with pose no threat to his solitary needs. Of course, as there usually is with the quiet ones, if he is in the presence of those like-minded individuals then who knows. While he does have an interest in magic, his focus is more on the harmony of the world - to this end the magic that he specializes in is that of teleportation (via the elements of the world themselves) and of growth (increasing the growth rate of a plant for example). Elenhiri does however tend to have a certain arrogant streak to him being of the impression that since he has trained himself in meditation and concentration techniques he has greater understanding of life (not necessarily the truth but his belief), this arrogance has on occasion led him into trouble (one example of this would be the reason he has a scar down his face).
Biography (at least 2 paragraphs): Elenhiri is unsure of his exact origins, while he knows that he was born in Pilin en'templa he does not know who his sires were. As a very young child he was brought up by a kind elderly couple who both died around his 10th birthday. Since then he spent most of his time alone, almost as a hermit. He lived off that which he found or caught. For a great deal of this time he had very few clothes (for obvious reasons), save animal skins that he used for warmth during the cold months. It was during this time that his great interest in meditation was founded, he found that if he put himself into such a deep state he could stave of the various needs that plagued him such as hunger, or warmth. It was around his 18th birthday that he was happened upon by another old man. Elenhiri was sitting, meditating, under the stars one night when the old man found him. He was, for want of a better word, a wizard. Long did the wizard sit beside him as Elenhiri meditated until after a while the young boy awoke. While he was shocked to see another beside him he did not show it, he would not show it. The wizard seeing that the boy had awoken spoke to him asking his name, no answer did Elenhiri give, the old man asked of his origins and Elenhiri simply raised his head to the sky. It was then that he was given the name Elenhiri (lit. Children of Stars, interprt. Child of the Stars). A smile came across his face as he turned to look at the old man, and with closed eyes once more he began to meditate. He awoke again to find the wizard still there, still waiting, and it was then that he spoke. They talked of the world, of life, of death, of nature.
This continued on for several days with the wizard departing as Elenhiri went to sleep and returning once he had awoken, then with the wizard sitting beside him as Elenhiri meditated. Their conversations became more indepth and more intricate, with Elenhiri going from the questioned to the questioner. He began inquiring about magic and the art that surrounded it, its connection to the world and to life. The wizard answered, tell all but the greatest secrets which he kept to himself. After a while of this simple question and answer the wizard took Elenhiri on as a student. His days were filled with learning magic, how to control it, how to focus it, and meditation.
Once he had reached the age of 30 Elenhiri decided that it was time for him to meet the world, the wizard agreed (though what the wizard had in mind was that his pupil should go to the University as he had in fact taught the young man all he could teach by the age of 25 but spent the later part honing his skills and making them flow with ease). Elenhiri found much to his joy that the skills he had learnt made him somewhat of a formidable traveller, since travelling through the elements he could reach a destination far quicker than he would have by foot. Of course on occasion he reached a destination that he had not planned to. It was on one of these such travels that he ended up Kheleksii, purely by chance, and it was here in a tavern that he commented on the barbarianistic approach that one of it's patrons seemed to think was acceptable. Well, this of course was not taken kindly and before Elenhiri could react a short sharp blade was sliced down his face. Lucky to get by with only a superficial wound Elenhiri next step was to dive into the fireplace of the tavern. A clever trick he had learned from his master, for in the world of teleportation fire was a most intriguing ally. Unfortunately however it was in many ways the hardest to control, one simply went where the fire deemed they should go. When he was being taught the wizard took great pains to emphasize that he had never yet come across a magic wielder who could control the fire aspect of teleporting.
It was though, during this teleport that he found himself tumbling from a fireplace at the University, the irony was not lost on him - though the pain on his fresh wound soon took over his concentration.
A great many years he spent at the University, failing a lot of modules but excelling in others. He found he was quite adept at channelling the worlds life-force to aid in the growth of a multitude of things from plants to other students facial hair (even one of his teachers eye-brows). It was clear that his many years and training meditating had somewhat put him in tune with the natural life-flow of the world. Once he had found that there were two disciplines that he excelled at the rest of his studies were left behind, often he'd fail to turn up to lectures or use his techniques to 'disappear' during the lesson taking himself off to some high place to meditate and try an further the two areas he loved. Needless to say this did not bring his reputation into high regard amongst his teachers and so one day he left, again he went travelling. From place to place he wandered, always intending to return to his schooling but other than the occasional appearance to 'borrow' books from the library he was never seen. Not that he was seen much anyway by his peers when he was there. Perhaps he'll go back someday, eventually, a great deal of time has passed since the day he left though and a great many things he has learnt on his own. It was unlikely that any still at the University would recognise him, or know him now.
